Prepare an email campaign brief

A clear brief gives the managed team the information needed to review audience fit, creative, timing and reporting before accepting a campaign.

Business objective

Describe the product, approved destination URL, campaign name and desired outcome: qualified visits, enquiries, purchases or a defined app event.

Audience and timing

Specify countries, languages, audience source, permission scope, exclusions, send window and timezone. Share a budget range and currency.

Creative and review

Prepare an accurate subject, preheader, offer, brand details and CTA. Review AI-assisted drafts before use; confirm claims, links and unsubscribe information.

Agree on measurement

Delivery rate
Accepted messages divided by attempted sends, using the agreed provider definition; this does not prove inbox placement.
Open rate
Unique recorded opens divided by delivered messages. Privacy protections and automated image loads can affect this indicator.
Click rate
Unique measured clicks divided by delivered messages. Agree on bot filtering, link scope and deduplication.
Conversion rate and CPA
Define the conversion, denominator, attribution window, cost currency and fee treatment before comparing reports.

After submitting

A website receipt confirms that your brief was saved. Campaign acceptance, credit cost, scheduling and delivery are confirmed separately. A saved platform campaign begins as pending; it does not itself prove that messages were sent.

Credit planning

The current backend groups countries into 100-credit US/Canada, 80-credit listed European markets, 60-credit Australia/New Zealand/Japan/Singapore/Hong Kong and 50-credit other-market bands per selected market. Confirm the final quote before launching; credits are not a promise of outcomes.
