Use 789 Soft only for authorized business communications and reviewed campaigns. These rules apply to customers, agencies and audience partners.

Prohibited activity

Do not send phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, deceptive offers or messages using stolen accounts or audience data. Do not use the service to bypass account restrictions, hide the sender or evade recipient-provider abuse controls.

Campaign materials

You must have the necessary rights to the brand, creative, offer, destinations and audience data. Describe products accurately and maintain usable contact and privacy information. AI-assisted content requires human review for accuracy, rights, links and sender identity.

Account and integration security

Protect account credentials and API keys. Use only the authorized integration and approved data scope. Do not share passwords in public forms, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the website, platform or delivery infrastructure.

Audience and removals

Follow the anti-spam policy. Apply recipient suppression and opt-outs before each send. Respect agreed volume, territory and frequency limits; approval of one campaign does not approve another use of the audience.

Review and response

The team may request relevant documentation, pause delivery and restrict access while reviewing a breach. Report concerns through support. Pricing, cancellation and payment handling remain subject to the agreed order and terms.
