Anti-Spam Policy
789 Soft supports permission-based campaigns. Customers and partners must have authority to use the audience and must comply with this policy before a campaign is accepted.
Audience permission
Use audiences that agreed to receive the relevant messages. Document source, collection time, permission scope and the sender represented. Purchased, scraped, harvested, randomly generated or unlawfully shared address lists are prohibited. Do not upload personal subscriber lists to the public website enquiry form.
Sender and content
Identify the actual sender and use accurate headers, subjects and destinations. Include the sender’s valid postal address and an appropriate advertising disclosure where required. Do not impersonate a business or conceal the source or purpose of a message.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Provide a clear, functioning unsubscribe method in marketing messages. Keep that method available for at least 30 days after sending and honor requests within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable. Suppressed recipients must not be reintroduced through another list or campaign. Senders are responsible for maintaining and applying suppression records before every send.
Bounces and complaints
Remove permanent failures and review repeated temporary failures with the sending provider. Monitor complaints and provider-specific limits. Pause affected campaigns when permission, suppression or delivery quality needs review; do not move sending to another identity to avoid a restriction. Provider thresholds and any stricter campaign limits are confirmed during onboarding.
Campaign review and enforcement
The team may request audience documentation and reject, pause or suspend campaigns that breach these rules. Sending permission does not guarantee inbox placement or delivery. Campaign acceptance, permitted volume and account access are confirmed separately.
Report a concern
Use website support to report unwanted messages or opt-out failures. Include the sender, date, subject and campaign reference where available. A support request is used to investigate the concern and does not enroll the reporter in marketing.
